A new romance comes to our Resort on December 10 with the premiere of SINATRA Dance With Me, the much anticipated, mesmerizing new show conceived, choreographed, and directed by the legendary Twyla Tharp. To coincide with this debut, Sinatra restaurant will introduce a pre-show menu – perfect for dining before the performance!

At just $59 for three masterful courses, this may be one of the town’s greatest bargains. Chef Theo Schoenegger creates a culinary homage to the legendary entertainer with a menu that begins with such antipasti choices as polpettine (savory meatballs with polenta fries), baby beet and goat cheese salad with citrus and blood orange vinaigrette, or butternut squash soup with lobster tortellini.

Entrée choices include grilled Mediterranean sea bass with cannellini bean and baby vegetable ragu and pesto; marsala chicken breast with forest mushrooms and potato gnocchi or ossobuco ‘My Way’ with risotto Milanese and gremolata.

Sweet finales include luscious panna cotta of vanilla and pistachio custard, seasonal berries and Amarena cherries; irresistible tiramisu of mascarpone cream and espresso soaked ladyfinger biscuits, and several in-house made gelatos and sorbets.

Just one price with the SINATRA Dine and Dance with Me package, which pairs the complete dinner with a ticket to the show, offered at $175 per person, including tax and gratuity. This special – like the show, is available nightly, except Sunday, with reservations available from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Stefanie Sun is bringing “The Answer Is…Stefanie Sun World Tour Concert 2010 – Las Vegas” to the Encore Theater for shows on December 24 and December 25 at 10 p.m. Our Resort will be the first U.S. stop of the tour.
